Security Monitoring
We installed 32 high-resolution cameras to monitor the property day and night. Bright lights were added to illuminate the area for better visibility. Each storage room is individually armed with alarms to deter intruders and add an extra layer of security for your household storage. Entry to the property is limited through an electronic gate. As a tenant, you will receive a personalized code to enter as soon as you have completed our easy-to-navigate rental process.
Well-Built Secure Storage
We designed our premises to provide protection from the elements. We understand that our location leaves us in the wake of hurricanes. Flooding is never an issue, thanks to our property residing on a high, gently sloping area that allows for proper rainwater runoff. We constructed our buildings out of steel and concrete to withstand any inclement weather and become a fortress for your items. In the 40 years since we have been in operation, we have never incurred damage.
